I love taco salads of any kind. I make one similar to this one, but I do drippy, rich taco meat and add a bunch of beans.

• 1 Chicken
• 2 Chicken breasts, whole Boneless Skinless
Produce
• 1 Large Head 1 head green leaf lettuce, Green
• 2 Avocados, whole
• 3 tbsp Cilantro
• 1/2 cup Cilantro, Leaves
• 2 ears Corn
• 3 Green onions, whole
• 3 Roma tomatoes, whole
Condiments
• 3/4 cup Ranch dressing
• 1/4 cup Salsa
Baking & Spices
• 2 tbsp Seasoning
Oils & Vinegars
• 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
Dairy
• 2 tbsp Butter
• 1/2 cup Pepper jack cheese, Grated
Other
• Tortilla Chips Of Your Choice (flavored Or Not), Crushed Slightly
