Teri | renter interiors, DIY & upcycling hacks on Instagram: "DIY clay wall sconce Perfect way to add some charm to your walls or to make as a Christmas gift for someone you love. 🕯️You’ll need: • air dry clay • water • knife / scalpel • rolling pin • ruler if required for straight edges •superglue • acrylic paint and fine brush • gloss varnish (I used WAN2TLK and it’s great) 🕯️Tips: 👉🏻obviously the shape and painted pattern is totally up to you so feel free to go simpler or go wild.I also did small indented lines around the border which you can choose to do or omit 👉🏻 I got these mini brass candle holders last year from @sostrenegrene and have been waiting to put them to good use but something similar will work just fine. 👉🏻find something to rest the sconce on to allow
