Body Weight Exercises

We mix body weight exercises into our kettlebell workouts all the time. Sometimes as a modifier because doing the exercise with a kettlebell is too challenging, so body weight is a great start to build up strength until you can add the kettlebell weight (overhead squats or arm bar situps, for example), sometimes to allow time to rest your grip between kettlebell exercises... & yes, kettlebells are one of the best portable fitness tools there are, but if all you have with you is you, try these!
