Étant donné le parti pris original de Monasterium Imperi, il y a deux choses que j'attendais de pied ferme : la première, c'est s'il était capable de contourner son esthétique, arrivant à ses fins autrement que par le chant (il l'a vite démontré avec sa maîtrise du dark ambiant) ; la deuxième, c'est s'il allait oser partir dans la direction opposée. C'est ce qu'il accomplit dans Sanctium Choir Collection, album qui est pour ainsi dire a cappella : bien que monolithique, c'est un ravissement !
