In 2017 I had my appendix removed, and when I was open they found a tumor. (got that out too!) Afterwards I experienced a manic episode, four hospitalizations, and lots of chronic pain. I wrote this album mostly in my bed, it has some voice memos from my mania, and I am so grateful to be restored to health. I got diagnosed in 2018 with Celiac disease and have been managing my symptoms really well.

My friends did crown funding and helped cover all my treatment last year, and I am so grateful to the DIY community for inviting me in to play soft shows as we learn more and more about radical softness.
