About DNSTT.XYZ

DNSTT.XYZ is a multi-platform app for bypassing DNS-based censorship in highly restricted environments. Available for Android, Windows, Linux, and macOS (iOS coming soon), it uses DNS tunneling to bypass internet restrictions.

Smart DNS Testing

Test your dnstt config against a list of DNS servers to find the best one for your connection

Slipstream Support

Usage Tips

DNS tunneling is slow by design. Here's how to make the most of it.

Use Proxy Mode

Prefer proxy mode over VPN mode. VPN routes all device traffic through the tunnel, while proxy mode lets you choose which apps use it.

Messengers with Proxy Support

Use apps that have built-in proxy settings like Telegram or Signal. Configure them to use DNSTT's SOCKS proxy directly.

Browsers with Proxy

Use browsers like Firefox that support manual proxy configuration, or use browser extensions to route specific sites through the tunnel.

Limit Your Traffic

Avoid streaming videos or downloading large files. DNS tunneling works best for text-based communication like messaging and basic web browsing.

Keep It Light

Disable auto-play videos, image loading, and background sync in apps. Every byte counts when tunneling through DNS.

Remember: DNS tunneling is designed for emergency access in highly restricted networks, not for regular internet usage. Use it wisely to communicate when other methods are blocked.
