- 1 box Jiffy pizza crust mix OR 1 package multi-grain English muffins
- 1 (14 oz) jar pizza sauce
- ½ pound ground beef, browned and drained
- ½ pound ground pork sausage, browned and drained
- 1 (6 oz) package pepperoni slices
- 2 cups (8 oz) mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Any additional toppings of choice – veggies, ham, bacon, etc.

Preheat oven to 425o and prepare a large baking sheet by covering with parchment paper.

Prepare crust according to the directions on the box.

Divide the dough into 8 pieces and use greased fingers to shape each piece into a 6-inch circle on the prepared baking sheet.

Pre-bake the crusts for 2-3 minutes before adding toppings.

Add sauce, cheese, and any other toppings you choose.

Bake 15-18 minutes or until crust is lightly brown.

To the center of the circle, add sauce, cheese, and any other toppings you choose. Keep toppings away from the edges.

Gently fold the dough over the fillings to form a pocket and securely seal the edges.

Bake 15-18 minutes or until crust is lightly brown.

Gently split English muffins in half and arrange on prepared baking sheet.
