Anyone know what's going on with the motel ?

It has been for sale for commercial developement for more than a year

Barney’s got flooded out and damage this time was beyond repair and closed at that time. Had a friend who worked there was laid off due to flood damage.  
Saw for sale signs last week.  
 
Check out pictures from June 28 -29 that Adam posted on Buzz Look through pictures you will come to Barney’s and see flooding in the area.

Judging by the size of the excavator parked there, I'd say the rooms are being renovated!

Going for a more wide open room concept? One that you can layout under the stars.

Went by today, appears to be in demolishion process,  
opps, spelling looks wrong.

Sign says property for sale.

Barney's is almost gone. It's been a staple on that corner for as long as I can remember. What an awesome corner for someone to develop! Can't wait to see who's next!
