We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused merchandise in a sellable condition with a tag still attached to the item for a full refund (for the items) within 30 days from your purchase date.
Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed.
We don't recommend combining more than one order in the same return, as this can cause complications for our team when processing the returns. Please start a separate return according to order number to ensure a smooth return process.
For all returns, please allow 3 days for all refunds to be processed once they have been issued.
For all US returns, we will deduct $4.9 from your refund amount whether you opt for one of our return bar locations or print a return label. All US exchanges are free of charge, but will be limited to one exchange per customer.
Please keep in mind that we do not refund shipping charges.
For Returns outside the US, the return must be submitted within 45 days from purchase date.
