Friction teams up with Circadian on Interstellar, a massive club anthem and the second single from his new project SYNERGY.

Multi-awarding DJ/producer Friction has already reached legendary status in the dance music scene. From cutting his teeth in the UK’s underground to becoming one of its most revered & respected DJs, his CV includes headline tours around the world, six years as host of the BBC Radio 1 Drum & Bass show and founding iconic independent labels Shogun Audio & Elevate Records. Since the release of his sophomore studio album After Dark in 2022 (which has gone onto amass over 250 million online streams) he’s had BBC Radio 1 Hottest Records Bang Bang & Step Into The Rave, a collaboration with US dance music superstar Subtronics, features from legendary MCs Spyda, Stylo G, Frisco & P Money and remixes for D.O.D, Emily Makis & Monrroe.

For Circadian, after spending the 2010s gaining global acclaim as one half of The Prototypes, he stepped out on his own in 2023 and has very quickly become one of the most talked about and supported producers in the drum & bass scene. From huge collabs with the likes of SOTA, Koven & Mozey to remixing the likes of Friction, Ferry Corston & Basement Jaxx, his instantly recognisable but unique production has dominated charts, dance floors & festival stages around the world.

The two longtime friends & Brighton locals come together on Interstellar, a power club anthem which Friction has been causing havoc opening his DJ sets with over the past few months. With an epic sci-fi inspired opening leading to its powerful drop, the tune has been highly requested by drum & bass fans for some time and does not disappoint.
