How I work
I did not set out to run a one-person company. I set out to run ventures that only scale when proof holds, and discovered the bottleneck was never code. It was coordination: too many tools, too few rails, too much headcount theater before signal.
Today I orchestrate agent stacks the way a small studio used to orchestrate a squad, research, build, growth, analytics, with written gates between each layer. Exiid is the system that makes that legible: on our own ventures first, then installed inside operators who already own the market.
