* {{m|mt||Ie}} is used in stressed syllables only. When unstressed, it is reduced to {{m|mt|e}} or {{m|mt|i}}. In closed syllables, the reduction is generally {{m|mt||e}}; in open syllables it is predominantly {{m|mt||i}}, but both may be possible.
