- strascicare la gonna per terra ― to trail the dress on the ground
- la gonna strascica per terra ― the dress trails on the ground
- (transitive) (of feet or footwear) to scuff or shuffle
- (transitive) carry out an activity slowly or unwillingly
- strascicare un lavoro ― to slowly work on a project
- (transitive) to contract (an illness) and not bother to cure or palliate it
