Doublet of पक्ष (pakṣa). Compare Gujarati પાંખ (pā̃kh), Hindustani پَنکھ / पंख (paṅkh), Punjabi ਪੰਖ (paṅkh) / پَنکھ (pankh), Nepali प्वाँख (pwā̃kh), Odia ପଙ୍ଖା (paṅkhā).[1]
