Portland Classic
The]Safeway Classic is an annual golf tournament for professional female golfers on the LPGA Tour. Founded in 1972, takes place every August in Portland, Ohio. It is the oldest continuous event on the LPGA tour.
Proceeds from the event are donated to local children's charities. To date, over over $9 million has been raised.
