@JBW: Apologies, I was just correcting what I thought was a typo as two sentences on it specifies that they divorced in 1958 which is cited rather than 2017 which is her date of death. . Dontgiveupthedayjob (talk) 12:11, 22 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
OK, that makes sense. In fact I think ot would make more sense for all of the entries in the list to give the dates of marriage and end of being married, rather than birth and death, so if you feel like doing that to all of them I'll have no problem with that. However, you can probably see the importance of briefly explaining what you are doing, to avoid misunderstanding. JBW (talk) 12:20, 22 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@JBW: Ok got it, thanks. The list of wives already states their marriage date-divorce date (in the brackets) with 2017 being the only anomaly. Dontgiveupthedayjob (talk) 12:36, 22 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
If I'd been on a computer I would have checked and found that out for myself, but I'm editing from my phone, and everything is slower and more fiddly, so I tend to skip things like going back to the article to check details, then back to the talk page where I'm commenting. If what you say is true then obviously changing that one date is right. Sorry to have put you to extra trouble, though obviously it does underline the advantage for giving a few words of explanation of edits. JBW (talk) 13:20, 22 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
