Persecution
editIn the article it appears as if Persia persecuted Armenians. The case was that Ottoman Empire troops even crossed the borders and persecuted Armenians there. Persia on the other hand saved Armenians and still to this day remembers those persecuted Armenians every year. The town which Agassian is originally from is very near to the Turkish border (Salmas). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2003:CB:DF07:E000:94D8:C51D:529C:64CA (talk) 20:52, 13 September 2019 (UTC)
Surname
editThe article says that He shortened his surname to Agassi after he immigrated to the United States -- what was his surname before? No longer surname is mentioned in the article. -- pne (talk) 08:05, 29 March 2007 (UTC)
- Yes I dont think this is true, because in the Olympics report book it has his name as Agassi. Chaldean 22:30, 29 March 2007 (UTC)
