Undersea cable

The article currently says "an undersea cable will begin operating later in 2004." - it is now 2005, can someone confirm whether this has happened or not and update the article? Reclamation works

NLB Infopedia has more information here on the expansion of Pulau Tekong Besar and its merger with the smaller Pulau Tekong Kechil.
