Pickup Address Zip code: 84084 in WEST JORDAN. **PLEASE NOTE: Items will need to be picked up on DESIGNATED PICKUP TIMES ONLY. **Please ensure you have moving arrangements & can come during the pickup times or items will be forfeited. If your items are large, please bring help. We do not provide moving or loading help of items.**
AUCTION WINNERS will receive a message with the pickup address + the option to sign up for a specific pickup slot.
PROPERTY IS UNDER 24/7 LIVE SURVEILLANCE. If any pickup arrangements are necessary, please contact us prior to bidding.
BIDDING BEGINS TO END Wednesday September 6 at 6pm! Items will close in 30 second intervals. This auction has a soft closing so if an item is bid on within the last few minutes, a five minute window will extend for any last offers.
PAYMENT: All winning bidders will receive an invoice as soon as all items have closed (this could be up to 3-4 hours later). All winning bidders will be charged automatically to the card you have on file with estatesales.org. Please ask us if you have any questions!
