XPLR.NASH on Instagram: "Looking for a fun, family-friendly day trip? @visitcookeville , just an hour from Nashville, is the perfect spot! Known as the “Waterfall Capital of the World” with over 150 waterfalls nearby, this “small town” has plenty to offer.

We kicked off our day downtown at Soul Craft for coffee, followed by a stop at Ralph’s Donuts. After breakfast, we visited Mill Creek Farms to see the famous Highland Cows—definitely a trip highlight!

For lunch, we tried Meg’s Bread for delicious pastries and World Foods for amazing pizza and sandwiches. Cookeville’s downtown is full of local shops, a history museum, and the historic Train Depot.

Austin Adventure Kids on Instagram: "Have you ever cooled off in a creek at a brewery?! @barrowbeer is just an hour outside of Austin, and they provide such a unique brewery experience! 🍺 There is a big outdoor space with creek access 🍺There is a perfect little pool for kids that is shallow and has clear water (this video was taken this past June after some recent rains) 🍺The water is cold and refreshing and there were a few kids there with their nets looking for fish and other treasures. 🍺Food trucks are open Thurs-Sun 🧑‍🌾There is a farmers market every Saturday from 9AM - 1 PM from April - November. There is live music and plenty of tables that are covered with a huge shade structure. 🍕 🥾You can make a day of it and check out the rest of Salado or hike at Chalk Ridge Falls,
