Ingredients: 1 lb ground chicken or turkey 1 cup chopped spinach (fresh or thawed) 1/3 cup breadcrumbs 1 egg 2 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning 4 oz mozzarella, cubed Salt and pepper to taste Directions: Preheat oven to 375°F.
