Four cups of flour into a big bowl. We're getting to the last bit of my flour into the flour. We're going to add two teaspoons of salt. Two teaspoons of active dry yeast. Whisk this to combine everything. Add two cups of warm water. This is what makes this bread so easy. You just mix it till it forms a sticky dough. There's no needing. Stella, does it smell good? Gonna cover the top in olive oil. About like a tablespoon, tablespoon and a half. Then I just make sure the olive oil is covering the dough. Fir this in wrap and refrigerate for 12 hours. Using a nine by 13 dish or you can do two small ones. You just have to make sure to butter this really well. This is a lot but trust me on this we're going to add two tablespoons of olive oil. Now we're going to add the dough and roll it around. Let this rest for like three to four hours. While we let the dough rest we're going to make a pesto to put on top. To the food processor add two whole garlic cloves. 1third cup parmesan. A little bit of lemon juice. Like that much. A handful of pine nuts. One cup of basil. One fourth cup of olive oil. The best pesto ever. Blend this until it This is my favorite part. So you're going to add a tablespoon of olive oil. Add the pesto to the top however you want. I'm going to do random little drops of it. One quartered cherry tomatoes, flaky salt. I lied before this part is actually my finger. Pour your fingers in olive oil and we're going to dimple everything in. Helps with the cooking process. Cheers. Definitely worth the wait. Look at that pesto. This is so good. Mhm.
