It is absolutely delicious😍😍😍😍 This makes 4 large servings, perfect for dinner for two & then leftovers!! Ingredients- Shrimp (I buy frozen from TJs) 2 cups dry orzo Drizzle of olive oil 4 cups chicken broth 6 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup canned full fat coconut milk (or heavy cream) 1 cup grated parm 1 bag spinach Seasonings: chili flakes, salt, pepper, dried herbs Fresh basil for serving 1.
