Create in 2D: Paint pictures of self and others in action (running, jumping, dancing, etc.) Discuss primary and secondary colours, cool and warm colours, shape and line. Create patterns using geometric shapes, discuss rhythm and repetition. Create in 3D: Use clay to make decorative containers; discuss pattern, geometric shape, line, surface texture and correct joining techniques.
