I did find these directions from her in her original post: "Purchased the flat type ornaments from Michael's, twine, mod podge, hot glue and grandfathers favorite shirt. Laid shirt flat, find something to make the size circle for the ornament. Cut shirt, you will have to circles for each ornament. Attach to ornament using mod podge, let dry. Braid twine to you desired with for the seam of the ornament. Attach twine with hot glue. Wrap more twine at top to finish ornament."
