1 ripe banana 🍌 
1 egg 🥚 
50g oats 🥣 
Extras : yogurt & fruit 🫐 

Method 
1️⃣ combined the ingredients in a bowl
2️⃣ drizzle some oil into a pan and pour your mixture in. Flatten out like a pancake. Cook on medium heat for 3 minutes. Then once golden on one side, break up the mixture and start scrambling it with a spatula. Keep cooking for another 2-3 minutes until golden.
3️⃣ best served with yogurt & berries.
