Lick on Instagram: "Transforming this cold, empty room into a warm and cosy nursery because…Tash is having a baby! *excited eeek* This is how she created a joyful colour scheme that can be enjoyed at all times of the day, and night, including a DIY scalloped half-wall in Tash’s favourite colour, yellow, and adding blue accents. How Tash created this joyful scheme: 🎨 Warm White 03 was used as the base colour to add a soothing feel to the whole space and balance the cooler natural light. 🎨 A half-wall scallop design was then painted using a kitchen bowl (decorating hack), in optimistic ochre Yellow 02 to give the space a playful feel, without overwhelming the room. 🎨 To finish, blue accents were added, including a Blue 15 upcycled chest of drawers, to complement the yellow and nod to the Scalloped Half Wall, Yellow Scalloped Wall, Half And Half Painted Walls, Cosy Nursery, Upcycled Chest Of Drawers, Half Painted Walls, Kitchen Bowl, Scallop Design, Times Of The Day
