✔️ Length: 10 Minutes
✔️ Training Focus: Shoulder, Bicep and Tricep BURNOUT
✔️ Format: REP DROP. Complete 10 reps of each exercise for the first set. Then, complete 8 reps of each exercise for the second set.

OK, first off start with a really good upper body session. I did back and biceps, chest and triceps. Then I wanted a final burnout for my arms so I threw in hammer curls, and skull crushers. 

For the hammer curls, I started with 20 LBS, went for 12 reps, then dropped to 15 LBS went for 12 reps, then dropped to 12 LBS went for 12 reps, then dropped to 10 LBS and finished with 12 reps. 

Next, I hit my skull crushers and started with 25 LBS for 12 reps, then 20 LBS for 12 reps, then 15 LBS for 12 reps, then 12 LBS for 12 reps! 

Suffice to say, I could barely lift my arms afterward. 😂
