Ingredients 1/2- 2 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken thighs cut into cubes 1 8 oz jar sun-dried tomato 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 Teaspoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper 1 teaspoon paprika 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning 1 box Orzo 1 32 oz container of Chicken bone broth ¾ Cup Heavy Cream 2 Large Handfuls Fresh Spinach 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese Prep the chicken by patting dry and cutting into small pieces. Add oil to a hot pan and cook the chicken until outside looks done then add in tomato’s, seasoning and garlic. Add orzo and broth and mix well. Cover and cook on medium heat for about 12 minutes. Make sure to stir every few minutes too so the orzo doesn’t stick Once the liquid is mostly gone add the spinach, Parmesan and cream. Serve an enjoy! dinner ideas, weeknight dinners

Ingredients 2 tbsp olive oil 5 (fully cooked) Chicken sausage links, sliced 1/2 onion, diced 1 cup (uncooked) orzo 1/2 cup jarred roasted red peppers,chopped 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper Red pepper flakes, to taste 1/3 cup crushed tomatoes 2 cups chicken broth 2 large handfuls baby spinach 3-4 spoonfuls cream cheese Parmesan Directions Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken sausage and cook undisturbed for 4-5 minutes. Add onion and orzo, cooking for 1 minute. Stir in red peppers, seasonings, crushed tomato, and broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often. Add more broth if needed. Stir in cream cheese and spinach, simmer for another 5-10 minutes until liquid is absorbed. Enjoy!

Once done cooking add 1 1/2 packets of taco seasoning to your meat along with garlic powder and some pepper. 3. Next add 2 3/4 cups of low sodium chicken broth and bring to a boil. 4. Once boiling add 1 1/2 cups of orzo. 5. Lower heat to a simmer. Then continue stirring so nothing sticks. Cook for about 8-10 minutes until your orzo is done cooking. Take a bite to check. If it’s not finished cooking and you ran out of broth just add a bit more and continue cooking. 6. Once tender lower heat. Once it stops boiling add 3/4 cups of heavy cream and 1 cups of freshly shredded Colby Jack cheese. Mix until well combined and everything is melte
