Hummus Crusted Chicken. It is soooooooo delicious! I did it without onions and used a seasoning salt instead of paprika/sumac. I also used chicken cutlets instead of full breasts. The chicken stayed juicy and moist! It's so delicious and flavorful and i cant wait to make it again! My Husband absolutely loves it!
