Ingredients: 3 cups strawberries (about 450g, I used frozen) 1/4 cup honey (about 85g) 3 orange slices (about 90g) 1/2 apple (about 60g) Instructions: 1. Add all the chopped fruit to a saucepan. 2. Drizzle in the honey, adjusting to taste. 3. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. 4. Stir occasionally and cook the fruit for about 20-30 minutes, until soft. 5. Mash the softened fruit with a fork or if you prefer use a hand immersion blender 6.
