10min · 8 servings Ingredients: • 2 mashed bananas • 1/2 cup peanut butter (120 ml) • 3 tablespoons of your favorite sweetener (I used coconut sugar) • 3 tablespoons cacao powder • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder Instructions: • 1. Mix the mashed bananas, peanut butter and the sweetener together • 2. Add the cacao powder and baking powder and stir until combined • 3. Pour into a baking dish lined with parchment paper • 4. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees (350 in Fahrenheit) for about 10 minutes • 5. Serve with strawberries, for example!
