• 1 Lemon juiced
• 2 Onions
• 1 tsp Oregano, Dried
• 1 tsp Thyme, Dried
• 400 g Tomatoes
Canned Goods
• 1 tbsp Tomato paste
• 750 ml Vegetable stock
Baking & Spices
• 1/2 tsp Allspice, Ground
• 1 tsp Black pepper
• 1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
• 2 tsp Salt
