Ingredients:
• 1 cup flour
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 3 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 egg
• 1 cup milk
• 2 tbsp cooking oil
Let batter sit for 20-30 minutes
Preheat oven to lowest setting, between 150-200 degrees, and place an oven safe dish in middle rack
Preheat pan on medium high heat
Pour batter into pan, cook for 2-3 minutes on each side
