Herby Labneh, Salmon & Tomato Cucumber Toast 👌🏻🥒🍅 these were so fresh and so flavorful!
Ingredients:
• 4 oz king salmon (thinly sliced, I use a hair dryer on cool to get a harder sear on it).
• za'atar to taste (for the salmon).
• 2 slices ciabatta (cut it thick).
• 3 tbsp olive oil (plus more for drizzling).
• 1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar.
• 1 tsp honey.
• 3/4 cup cherry tomatoes (quartered).
• 1/2 cucumber (chopped).
• 1/3 cup labneh.
• 2 tbsp dill.
• 2 tbsp chives.
• 2 tbsp mint.
• 2 tbsp parsley.
• 1/2 tsp lemon juice.
• 1 lemon zest.
• 1 garlic clove.
•Salt and pepper to taste.
Directions:
• 1.- Add your tomatoes on top of a strainer and add some salt. Let them sit 15-20 min.
• 2.- Add the za'atar to your salmon and sear on a preheated cast
