Highly textured, abstract wall relief of sawn, stained, and collaged wood and found wood objects by Lithuanian-born American artist Josef Twirbutt. Twirbutt arrived in New York City in 1959 and plugged himself into the Village art scene. He created his wall sculptures in the 1960s and 1970s.
