Sev Barfi/ Singar Ji Mithai✨Making this recipe brings me so much joy and I can’t wait for you to try it 💛 Welcome to episode 10 of ✨ #MithaiMagic ✨ a series where we’ll discover the magic of mithai-making together, one recipe at a time ❤️ Here’s how you make this recipe at home ☺️ Ingredients: 4 cups Unsalted sev - 250g 1 cup milk - 250g 3/4th cup Sugar - 175g- more or less as per your preference 1 cup Khoya- divided 190g 1 Tbsps ghee 1/2 tsp Cardamom 2 tsp Rose water Pinch of saffron Almonds, Pistachios, Rose petals & silver varq to garnish Process: - Saute the mawa in ghee for a few minutes - Add in milk and sugar and cook on low until both dissolve- bring this up to one boil - Turn the heat to low and add in saffron and cardamom powder - Add the sev and cook for 2-3 mi
