Crab Salad
This crab salad is a flavorful take on seafood salad, made with imitation crabmeat, celery, green onions, mayonnaise, and some Old Bay seasoning for tons of flavor. Delicious with crackers or stuffed into buns for an inexpensive but delicious play on lobster rolls!

This recipe is so simple but so good 🤤 The key is to use fresh and high quality ingredients. And the breadcrumb topping add a nice little crunch to the juicy buttery shrimp 👌🏾 • TIPS: 1. Use nice sized uncooked shrimp. (I recommend large or jumbo shrimp.) Season the shrimp and set aside while you prepare the scampi sauce and breadcrumb topping. 2. Butter (melted) 2 cloves garlic finely minced 1/4 c. bread crumbs Arrange shrimp in a small baking dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Melt butter and garlic in the microwave, and then drizzle over the shrimp. Bake at 370 degrees for 15 minutes or until shrimp is pink and the breadcrumbs are browned! Enjoy!
