Leftovers turned into Tacos the following night. 3lb Flank Steak Marinade -1/2C Olive Oil -1/2C Soy Sauce, reduced sodium -1/3C Balsamic Vinegar -Juice of 1 Lemon -2T Brown Sugar -2T Worcestershire Sauce -2T Dijon Mustard -1T Onion Powder & Garlic Powder -1tsp Paprika, Black Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes, Oregano, Rosemary, Coriander **Mix all ingredients together and marinade Flank Steak in container or zip lock. 30 minutes if you are in a rush, 12 hours if you are prepared.
