Sugar Snow was originally written by Steve “Thorn” Thorne and became a yearly favourite on John Kennedy’s X-Posure show on Radio X for over two decades. In 2025, the track was revived and reimagined, co-written and produced with Jason McKenzie, performed by Ethan Thorne, and featuring backing vocals from Lara Thorne.

This edition brings together all three mixes: the main band recording, the Thorn Club Mix, and the shorter Club Edit. A portion of proceeds from every version supports two charities close to our hearts — CYTO (Croydon Youth Theatre Organisation) and WellChild.

Both the new band version and the classic club mix will be played on John Kennedy’s X-Posure show on 1 December.

The new recording has already been featured on BBC London’s Upload.
