5.2 seconds? That seems really slow for a car like this.

It's very heavy luxury coupé, with naturally aspirated V8

Because they detuned their V8s for the 2020/2021 model years in the European market

For once I completely agree. The 0-200km/h is impossibly slow! Oo

I'd say 17 seconds for a 470 hp 2 tonne car isn't bad.
More disappointing thing is track performance in my opinion. The car has too soft settings for the track I suppose.

That's odd. I mean, 17.2 seconds is something a 2001 Corvette C5 is known for. Not exactly a modern car with an automatic and much more power.

Just checked, its quarter mile is 12.6. Comparable to a M2 Competition. It must be faster.

Should be close with C5.
LC500 470hp/2000 kg - 0.235
C5 350hp/1500 kg - 0.233

M2 Comp 410hp/1600 kg - 0.256,
and it is actually faster, it 0-200 is about 15 seconds.

The M2 is much lighter and turbocharged. Oh well, at least it's slightly faster than a European Mustang GT:
