Looking back on a great morning at #HUSTEF last week, where our own Szilárd Széll took to the stage to share his Quality Model for Agentic SDLC. As AI takes on more responsibility across software delivery, one question is becoming increasingly important: how do we keep quality, safety, and human judgment at the heart of the SDLC? Building on Szilárd’s Three-Pillar Balanced Quality Model, the session explored how teams can adapt their quality practices to different levels of AI autonomy — from AI-assisted development to agents that can make and merge changes. For testers, automation engineers, and engineering leaders, the message was clear: quality isn’t disappearing. It’s becoming more strategic. This is a concept we’re already putting into practice at Eficode, and HUSTEF was a great opportunity to share it with the testing community, gather feedback, and continue the conversation around #AgenticSDLC, #TrustworthyAI, and #QualityEngineering.
