Built in 2023 by a pair of Australian firms—Workroom Design architects and Atlanta Building—the five-bedroom home features soaring ceilings made from blackbutt (a robust Australian hardwood) as well as an extensive use of exotic marble. The primary wing features a dehumidified dressing room with heated floors. There’s also a separate, self-contained guest suite with its own private terrace. A pair of expansive dining areas—both indoor and outdoor—a state-of-the-art kitchen, and an array of Wolf, Sub-Zero, and Bora appliances were designed for entertaining. The main living area has a wood-burning fireplace and opens to a pool terrace that was designed to capture all-day sun.
