It's delicious on salads but you can also drizzle it over roasted or grilled veggies or meat. This is one of the easiest dressings you can make and it's totally foolproof!
Sweet & Spiced Beef Glaze
Ingredients: 2 lbs beef roast or brisket 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup orange juice 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp ground cloves 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for spice) Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook beef roast to desired doneness, then rest. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, honey, orange juice, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, Dijon mustard, and cayenne pepper. Simmer over low heat until thickened. Brush the glaze over the beef and roast for an additional 15 minutes, basting occasionally. Slice and serve with extra glaze.
