Ingredients • -50 grams (1/2 cup) oat flour @dovesfarm • -1 tbsp cocoa powder • -1 tbsp nut butter - I used almond • -1 tbsp maple syrup (or preferred sweetener) • - Pinch salt and 1/2 tsp baking powder • -80 ml (1/3 cup) milk • -Optional 1 tbsp chocolate (I used dark) -Handful chocolate chips Method: • -Add oat flour ( or blitz up oats in blender to make a fine flour consistency.) • -Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well, except melt chocolate. • -Melt chocolate and mix well. • -Transfer to a microwavable dish and scatter with some chocolate chips.
