Pi Day Graphing Math Activity | Am I like π? | Math & Art Project
High School Pi Day Activity. This activity can be used in High School, but also in Middle School. It includes a Polar Grid (Polar Coordinates), but students don't need to know it to complete this task. Students graph and connect the points where the indicated line and the circle number that corresponds to each digit of Pi intersect. Then, they read the π-statements and graph points depending on how much they agree with each statement. Each student's result will have a unique shape.
Pi Day Math Activities 3.14
There are 2 activities for pi day 3.14. These activities include: (1) Area of polygons in the coordinate plane and (2) Plotting points in the coordinate plane. These activities are great individually or in small groups. You will need colored pencils or crayons for the first activity (blue, green, yellow, and red). Coloring is optional for the second activity.
