Anger in itself is not bad because it is just a feeling. But if you act out on anger it can cause a lof of issues. Here's some tips to let go of your anger: ✅ Admit your frustration. This is the first step towards a successful release of the anger. ✅ Write it down! ✅ Shift perspective. ✅ Find your triggers. ✅ Exercising. ✅ Breathe and meditate. ✅ Talk.
