Watch me decorate this wafer paper cake from start to finish. I do have a slowed down version of a small part of this decoration to show the technique in more detail but for the sake of this video and squeezing it all in, you’ll have to watch me at x30 speed! The best tips I can give for this technique is to not use too much water and take your time. Brush the fondant with a damp brush and wait for the fondant to be sticky before applying the paper. Try to stick layers 1 by 1 where possible...
