tights for creepy doll costume (via @Etsy) - OR - 1: Buy a cheap pair of nude pantyhose and put 'em on 2: Use black eye liner to draw the joint lines 3: Use black eyeshadow and small fluffy brush to add shading, don't put on too much at a time, better to go light and build up colour 4: Spray with hairspray to set and wait (standing or walking around) for as long as you can before carefully taking them off - and you will have makeup on your legs
