Juicy Pineapple Heaven Cake 🍰🍍 Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened 1 cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup sour cream 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained 1/2 cup powdered sugar 2 tbsp pineapple juice Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. In a large bowl, beat butter and granulated sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture in three additions, alternating with sour cream, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. Mix until just combined.
